Declining Foreclosures in Fort Collins & Greeley

The foreclosure filings are plunging quickly!  Larimer County saw a 34.8% drop and Weld County experienced a 35% decline in the 1st quarter of 2011!!

Those numbers indicate that we’ve passed the “bottom” and are on our way back in the real estate market.
